💵 Payment & Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once the consultation, diet plan, or supplement recommendation has been delivered via email.

Due to the customized nature of pet diet formulation, time and expertise are invested before delivery—therefore, no refunds will be issued after service is rendered.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the plan, I am happy to make reasonable clarifications or adjustments within 7 days of delivery.

📬 Service Delivery

Your plan will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

You agree to confirm receipt and are encouraged to review the plan thoroughly.

Adjustments may be requested within 7 days of receipt. After that, any new consultation or edits will require a new booking.

✅ Client Responsibility

The accuracy of dietary recommendations depends on the information you provide.

It is your responsibility to share updates from your veterinarian, lab work, or known health conditions.

My services do not replace veterinary care, and you are encouraged to consult your vet before making significant diet changes.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. If your card is declined or a dispute is initiated after service has been delivered, your access to services and future consultations may be restricted.
