Core Wellness -Preventative Care (General Consultations)

People who want professional direction before committing to a full package

If you choose to move forward with a full care package within 7 days, your consultation fee can be applied as a credit toward that package.
IMPORTANT: This option does not include diet formulation, medical record review, or written plans — those are part of other services and packages.
First Year Foundation
For Puppies & Kittens
Small Breed Puppies & Kittens: *$850
Large Breed Puppies & Giant Breeds: *$1250

Preventing common early-life nutrition mistakes
Structured check-ins and proactive diet adjustments
*Full price includes an initial consultation, a customized nutrition plan, prepaid growth check-ins, and ongoing education throughout the first 1-2 years of life. If needed, clients can chose to pay for growth check-ins at the time the service has been requested. Information on growth check-in can be found in the link below.

Requires frequent adjustments and ongoing case management
This level of care focuses on:
Managing overlapping and competing nutritional priorities
Integrative nutrition strategies
Ongoing clinical oversight
Adapting the plan as labs, symptoms, or treatments change
✔ Includes: 2 weeks of extended email/text support to make sure the diet/supplements are working for your pet, Monthly check ins (3 total) including review of follow up medical records to make sure the diet plan is accurate, customized diet and supplement plan, emergency care appointments available.
