This page is for current Wells Pet Nutrition clients whose pets have already completed an initial care package or have had a phone consultation within 6-12months. Ongoing nutrition support ensures your pet’s plan evolves safely as their body, labs, life stage, or medical needs change.

Ongoing access, case monitoring and medical record review are professional services that require dedicated time, expertise and responsibility. To continue offering this level of care sustainably and consistently, these services are now provided through structured support options below. I’m committed to providing you the best nutrition support for your pet at every stage of life.

Current client’s have the benefit of receiving the following care options!

  • Diet or calorie adjustments

  • Supplement updates or review

  • Symptom changes addressed

  • Medical record review from veterinarian, emergency care or holistic veterinarian

  • Review of additional testing (animal biome, allergy testing, etc.)

  • Pet First Aid questions (ear concerns, paw itching, anal glands, hot spots, etc.)

  • Navigating digestive upset

  • Recommending integrative or holistic options

Follow-up phone consultations (6-12months)

Follow-up phone consultations are available for existing clients who would like to discuss progress, clarify recommendations, and review current nutrition strategies. These sessions are conversational and educational in nature and are designed to help you understand and implement prior guidance.

During a follow-up phone consultation, we may review:

  • Past consultations and nutrition plans

  • Current diet and supplement protocols

  • Updated symptoms or concerns

  • Weight changes, age-related needs, and overall health trends

  • Questions related to implementation or observations since your last review

Phone Consultation Pricing (Base)

  • 30-minute follow-up: $125

  • 45-minute follow-up: $165

  • 60-minute follow-up: $215

Important billing clarification:

Phone consultations are discussion-based only. Any of the following require a separate Nutrition Review service and are not included in the phone consultation fee:

  • Review of medical records, lab work, or diagnostic reports from your veterinarian or other testing (Animal Biome, Glacier Peak, 5 strands, Nextmune, etc.) -$125-$225 depending on how many forms are submitted.

  • Evaluation of supplement protocols (new recommendations)- $125 per protocol

  • Major diet changes or formulation adjustments- $150

  • Written recommendations beyond the scope of verbal discussion-$65

  • Research-based or case-intensive analysis-$175 (per hour)

IMPORTANT: For current clients with newly diagnosed disease or advancing cases please see which care package is right for my pet. These packages are the best customized care for disease management cases in order to support you through this new phase or chapter.

Professional Nutrition Review Services-No phone consultation

To protect your pet, and the integrity of nutritional care, I do not offer concierge email or text support at this time.

All questions, updates, and requests are handled through structured, paid Nutrition Review services. This ensures every recommendation is thoughtful, evidence-informed, within scope, and appropriately compensated.

Each service includes:

  • Defined review time

  • A single, professional written response

  • 1 follow up clarification email-no back-and-forth email threads please

If additional support is needed, a new review may be booked.

Which Nutrition Review Do I Need?

  • Integrative alternatives for concerns (laser, ozone, massage)

Includes:

  • Symptom-specific intake form (form below)

  • Review of existing plan

  • Written nutrition and/or supplement adjustments

Not included:

  • Diagnostic interpretation

  • Emergency guidance

Diagnostic & Report Review

$250-$350 | Depends on how many medical records submitted.

Best for:

  • Bloodwork

  • Urinalysis

  • Allergy testing

  • Microbiome / Animal Biome reports

  • Veterinary medical records

Includes:

  • Detailed report review

  • Nutritional interpretation within scope

Wells Pet Nutrition is not a replacement for ongoing veterinarian review and oversight. During a medical emergency pet owners should reach out to their holistic or emergency vet for immediate care. Working with Well Pet Nutrition should not be used in replace of veterinarian management of complex cases for the safety of the pet.
